Says that the likelihood that a driver will use their turn signals to signal a lane change is inversely proportional to the size of their SUV.

I do believe, he/she/it is driving a Porsche.
Says that the likelihood that a driver will use their turn signals to signal a lane change is inversely proportional to the size of their SUV.
In Germany it says that the likelihood that a driver will use their turn signals to indicate a lane change is inversely proportional to the price of their Porsche/Mercedes/BMW/Audi.
In addition to that there is a special rule for the Autobahn (the parts where we do not have a speed limit).
There the safety distance that a car following you on the left lane will respect will decrease at the rate as the speed your are both traveling at increases. If the car following you is more expensive than yours its left indicator will be blinking while its headlights are flashing.
In practical terms image you are traveling at 160 mph while a BMW is following your car 5 feet behind :-)
